The program may be for university credit, an internship, self-directed/designed language immersion, etc. Programs may be any length of time (four-week minimum) during the up and coming academic year and must be billed through the university.

For graduating high school seniors residing in Allegheny County who are planning on attending a 4-year college or university.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Westmoreland County and who demonstrate financial need.
