For graduating seniors from Keystone Oaks High School, Seton LaSalle, Bishop Canevin or any other accredited secondary educational program who reside in Dormont Borough and demonstrate a commitment to community service.

For female high school seniors who reside in the Ligonier area of Pennsylvania who plan to go on to higher education in the form of college or vocational/technical school.
