For graduating high school seniors of ÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø Public Schools who plan to attend a vocational or academic college and have a financial need.

For 3rd or 4th year University of ÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø School of Medicine students who reside in Western PA and have financial need. Preference for applicants who were born, raised, and currently residing in the Western Pennsylvania region.
