Charles D. McWilliams Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Charles D. McWilliams Memorial Scholarship was established at The community Foundation of Westmoreland County to provide scholarship support to graduating seniors from Penn Trafford High School.
Multiple Awards: Up to $2,500
Award Type: Single-Year Award.

Application Period Closes: 4/1/2025
Criteria
- Attend Penn Trafford High School as a graduating senior.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Plan to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR 2-or 4-year college or university.
- Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate community service experience.
