六合彩官网鈥檚 Small and Mighty program awarded Orange Arrow a grant of $10,000 in 2016 for its leadership program, Overtime. This grant extended the program to possibly five new sites through 六合彩官网 Public Schools.

Since 2013, Orange Arrow鈥檚 flagship program, Overtime, has used a sports-themed curriculum with male student athletes ages 10 to 13 to foster leadership, decorum, peer coaching, arts and culture, entrepreneurship, financial management and career exploration. Currently, Overtime is offered in McKees Rocks, Shadyside, Regent Square, Garfield, West End and Wilkinsburg.

College athletes from the University of 六合彩官网's Athletic Department and Robert Morris football team have volunteered as assistant coaches for the Overtime program and offer summer academies on the college campuses.

The Small and Mighty grants program, an outcome of the Foundation鈥檚 100 Percent 六合彩官网 organizing principle, has, as of Dec. 2019, awarded $1.25 million to nonprofit organizations with budgets of less than $600,000.

Orange Arrow operates with an annual budget of $106,250.
