ÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø

ÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø is a center of medical research and innovation, particularly in the realm of cancer treatments and the study of the disease itself. Roberdeau Green Annan created the R. Green Annan Medical Fund to benefit medical facilities conducting research and to fund progress towards the alleviation of cancer, multiple sclerosis and related disorders.

The fund was established in 1997, and has benefitted the University of ÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, Magee Women’s Health Corporation, Allegheny-Singer Research Institute and Carnegie Mellon University. Funds have been used for research and to create endowed chairs in drug development for immunotherapy and in personalized cancer therapy.
