Karl L. and Lily M. Vollmer Educational Memorial Fund

This fund was established in 1968 to benefit youth education programs at the First Evangelical Church of Sharpsburg. This fund also supports students in need who are preparing for full-time church service. After the church’s closure in 2009, this fund’s charitable recipient became The Evangelical Lutheran Church of our Redeemer in Oakmont.
This fund was created by Walter Karl Vollmer, Paul F. Vollmer and Inelda V. Seiferth, and it was named after their parents Karl L. and Lily M. Vollmer.
